Superb quality George II Christening mug 1733 Maidman

This George II silver child's or christening mug was made in London in 1733 by Ralph Maidman and measures 2 5/8 inches tall by 2 5/16 inches in dia across the base and 2 1/16 inches across the top, it is bellied in form and has no engravings and has a plain scrolled handle and is fully and clearly hallmarked under the base and bears the initials TP engraved above them. The colour is lovely and deep and it is in super condition with no problems, a very nice piece of early George II silver that has survived remarkably well.
