Good early George III silver tea caddy William Lesturgeon 1766

This very nice quality George III silver tea caddy was made in London in 1766 by William Lesturgeon and measures 3.75 inches tall by 2 3/8 inches wide and is 3 inches deep, it has a reeded border to the base with serpentine detailing to the sides and a stepped raised and hinged lid with a cast flower and foliage finial to the top. It is fully and clearly hallmarked under the base and inside the lid with the makers mark and lion passant and is in excellent condition with no problems.
